1. Shipping Locations
1.1 We currently ship within Australia only.
1.2 Orders must be delivered to a valid Australian address. We do not ship to freight forwarders.
2. Processing Times
2.1 Orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
2.2 During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
2.3 Custom or made-to-order products may have longer processing times.
3. Shipping Methods
3.1 We ship using Australia Post or selected courier providers.
3.2 Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Timeframes
4.1 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4.2 Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Risk and Title
5.1 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.
5.2 Title to the goods passes upon dispatch.
6. Incorrect Address
6.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
6.2 We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6.3 If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
7.1 If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
7.2 We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
7.3 Remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Delays
8.1 We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather events, industrial action, or other events outside our reasonable control.
8.2 We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues.
