Warranty & Returns Policy

1. Statutory Rights

The rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Standard Return Policy

3.1 If you believe a product is faulty, contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue.

3.2 Products may require inspection before a remedy is provided.

3.3 Remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Change of Mind Returns

4.1 To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• The product must be unused and uninstalled

• The product must not show signs of fitting, wear, or modification

• The product must be returned in original condition

4.2 Products that have been installed, test-fitted in a way that causes marks or deformation, modified, drilled, trimmed, or altered are not eligible for change-of-mind return.

4.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4.4 Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.5 Custom, made-to-order, or personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

4.6 We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Warranty Coverage

5.1 Automotive 3D provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

5.2 This warranty does not apply to:

• Incorrect or unsafe installation

• Use outside the intended purpose

• Modification, drilling, trimming, or structural alteration

• Exposure to temperatures beyond normal vehicle interior conditions

• Damage caused by external heat sources, flames, or chemical exposure

• Normal wear and tear

5.3 Unauthorised modifications void any voluntary warranty provided by Automotive 3D. This does not affect rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Return Conditions

6.1 Products must be returned in the country in which they were purchased.

6.2 We may refuse returns where products have been damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

6.3 We do not accept returns of custom or made-to-order products unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

7. Refunds

7.1 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7.2 Refunds may be withheld until returned goods are received and inspected.

8. Order Limitations

8.1 We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

8.2 We may refuse orders where we suspect resale or commercial redistribution.

9. Installation and Safety

9.1 Products must be installed safely and must not interfere with vehicle safety systems.

9.2 Automotive 3D is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

10. Entire Policy

This Warranty & Returns Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.
