3.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping and Risk

4.2 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Australian Consumer Law

5.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

5.2 You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

5.3 You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7.1 All designs, CAD files, models, images, branding, logos, and website content are owned by Automotive 3D.

7.2 You must not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the extent permitted by law, Automotive 3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

8.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
